Tom Togsverd leaves DIFO's board and Maria Fredenslund from RettighedsAlliancen joins

On Monday 26 April, Tom Togsverd resigned from DIFO's board of directors, after 13 years as a board member. Tom's resignation also means a warm welcome to a new member. It is director Maria Fredenslund from RettighedsAlliancen, who is now joining DIFO's board after the election of the general meeting, which has just been held.

Henrik Udsen talks about Tom’s resignation: “It has been a great pleasure to have access to Tom's extensive knowledge of IT Denmark and the domain area. Tom's common sense and outlook for the future have undoubtedly left an imprint on the decisions of DIFO's board” says chairman of the board of DIFO Henrik Udsen.

"And then you should not underestimate that Tom Togsverd in his time was among" the founding fathers "of DIFO and DIFO's structure", Henrik Udsen continues.

The new board member, Maria Fredenslund, looks forward to work together with DIFO and DK Hostmaster: “DIFO and DK Hostmaster are doing a competent and important job of making the Internet a safe place to be for both consumers and companies. I very much look forward to contributing with all the experience, that I have gained through ten years of working to ensure better conditions online”.

Henrik Udsen wishes Tom Togsverd good luck and welcomes Maria Fredenslund: “I would like to give Tom a big thank you and wish him good luck with his other adventures, which of course is about what IT and technology can help us with in the future. At the same time, I welcome Maria Fredenslund to DIFO's board and look forward to a great cooperation” concludes Henrik Udsen.
